Dil Bechara World Television Premiere: Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film Dil Bechara which has been released digitally on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24, 2020, has created a history as the movie grabbed millions of views on its premiere. However, the film is all set to have its GEC premiere. Yes! You heard it right!
The film featuring Sushant and Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role is going to have its World Television Premiere on August 9 on Star Plus at 8 PM. Earlier, the makers have made the movie available for all subscribers and non-subscribers as a tribute to the late actor. However, now the makers will let the fans to watch their star spread his magic one last time.

Apart from late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the film stars Sanjana Sanghi, Swastika Mukherjee, Saif Ali Khan, and Javed Jaaferi. The movie has been directed by Mukesh Chhabra and bankrolled by Fox Star Studios.
Dil Bechara is based on John Green’s book Fault in Our Stars. The book has also been adapted in Hollywood with the same name and helmed by Josh Boone starring Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort.
The film is a story of a cancer patient Kizzie who meets a cancer survivor Manny at a support group. Kizzie’s life changes Manny starts fulfilling her dreams and making her life better. The film was earlier named as Kizie and Manny, however, later changed to Dil Bechara. The film’s trailer and songs were released a few days ago and received a lot of praise and love from the audience.

The film was earlier slated to release in May, however, was pushed further due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, with conditions still not getting better, the filmmakers have decided to release the film digitally on Disney+ Hotstar. The critics have termed the movie as a celebration of the late actor’s last work on the screen as it is focused on living every moment of life to the fullest. Sushant was praised for his acting and dancing showcased in the films.
The late actor died on June 14 because of suicide that left everyone shocked. However, the case is still under investigation if it was actually a suicide or he was forced to do so.
